Ingredients for Eggs with Spinach and Tomato

4 roma tomatoes, chopped
a large handful of spinach, chopped
6 egg whites, beaten

How to Prepare Eggs with Spinach and Tomato

In a frying pan, over a medium heat, cook the tomatoes and spinach for a few minutes or until soft.
Add the eggs and stir until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
