Ingredients:
- 1 lb of beef (ground or fajita sliced)
- broccoli
- pea pods
- sprouts
- shredded carrots (optional)
- sliced bell peppers
- coconut oil (or zero calorie non stick spray)
- Basil
- Salt
Directions:
- Pre-heat the wok or large fry pan
- Spray down wok/pan, or add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- Add beef first, cook about half way through, leaving mostly pink meat
- Add vegetables, as they are more fragile to the heat
- Lightly add salt and basil to taste, stirring and mixing as you go
- Once the beef has lost the outer pink color, your dish is done!
**Cook longer if you like well done meats, even though it is not ideal to ingest over cooked beef.
