• 1 lb of beef (ground or fajita sliced)
  • broccoli
  • pea pods
  • sprouts
  • shredded carrots (optional)
  • sliced bell peppers
  • coconut oil (or zero calorie non stick spray)
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pre-heat the wok or large fry pan
  • Spray down wok/pan, or add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • Add beef first, cook about half way through, leaving mostly pink meat
  • Add vegetables, as they are more fragile to the heat
  • Lightly add salt and basil to taste, stirring and mixing as you go
  • Once the beef has lost the outer pink color, your dish is done!
**Cook longer if you like well done meats, even though it is not ideal to ingest over cooked beef.
