Blue Green Hulk Smoothie
Most of us don’t have time to make a luxurious breakfast, but here is a quick hack to get your morning nutrients and save yourself some time.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (2 scoops if over 175 lbs)
2 cups raw spinach
1 cup un-sweetened almond milk
1 tbsp flax seed oil (optional)
Blend and run out the door!
Protein: 24 g (depending on protein powder used per scoop)
Fats: 14 g
Carbs: 13 g
