Every kid I know hated brussel sprouts growing up. Believe it or not, they’re now one of my favorite sides with any meal. Try this recipe below and see if it doesn’t change your mind!

  • -Bag of Brussel Sprouts
  • -Liquid Aminos (Braggs)
  • 2 tbs -Virgin Olive Oil (Or coconut oil)
  • 2 -Bacon
  • -Himalayan Sea Salt
  1. Bring a large frying pan to medium temperature, add approx 3 tablespoons of olive oil, in casual Italian that would be 3 circles around the pan. Add the Brussels, I cover them and steam for about 5 minutes, then let them sear in the pan. While they steam cut up 2 slices of bacon into small pieces. Toss them in when you take the cover off and let them cook with the brussel sprouts. Add olive oil to taste, I like mine to soak up a lot of oil for taste. Add salt as you go, remember the Bragg’s liquid aminos also have a good amount of sodium so add slowly. Add Bragg’s to taste as well, serve with any main dish or eat as a snack! They will blow your mind.
