 Lower body (chair required)

Squat Sits 20
One Leg Sits 15 Each
One Leg Squats 15 Each
One Leg Step-Ups 15 Each
One Leg Toe Touch 15 Each

Perform all exercises in order without rest between sets. Start with left leg first, then next round start with right leg first.

Upper body (chair and band required)

Push Ups 20
Chair Dips 15
Band Rows 15
Band Bicep Curls 15

Perform all exercises in order without a break between sets. Adjust difficulty as you progress, (ex. start with knee push-ups advance to full push-ups to failure then finish with knee push-ups)

Core

Tis-Tacs 50
V-Ups 20
Knees to Chest 20
Plank 1 Minute

Perform all exercises in order without a break between sets.
