baking cocoa, sugar free chocolate syrup, peanut or almond butter, low carb chocolate protein powder (optional), unsweetened almond milk, ice

  • 1 cup un sweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (vanilla if chocolate is unavailable)
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • Ice to desired thickness
