Ingredients for Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps:
- 3lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1oz.) Hidden Valley dry Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 bottle (6oz) Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce
How to cook Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps:
- Place chicken in crockpot
- Sprinkle entire packet of Ranch seasoning over chicken
- Top with Frank’s Red hot
- Cover, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
- Shred chicken using 2 forks
- Stir to evenly coat chicken with sauce
- Serve warm
(Or using leftovers from Shredded Buffalo-Ranch Chicken)
Making into lettuce wraps:
Add desired amount of meat to large leaf lettuce, add hot sauce or ranch to taste, and serve
