Ingredients For Turkey Italian Bowl:
- Extra lean ground turkey (2 packs, approx 40 oz)
- low sugar tomato sauce/paste
- chopped onions and peppers
- garlic salt
- basil
- oregano
How To Prepare Turkey Italian Bowl:
- Pre-heat stove top, pan or wok
- Add coconut oil, or spray pan down with cooking spray
- Add onions and peppers to allow them to start cooking
- Add turkey to the pan, mash as you cook, flipping and stirring so the turkey meat cooks through
- Add garlic salt, basil and oregano to taste
- ( I use approximately 1 tsp of each, a little heavier on basil)
**Once cooked, add desired serving to a bowl, adding tomato sauce and mixing all together
