Turkey Italian Bowl

Ingredients For Turkey Italian Bowl:

  • Extra lean ground turkey (2 packs, approx 40 oz)
  • low sugar tomato sauce/paste
  • chopped onions and peppers
  • garlic salt
  • basil
  • oregano
How To Prepare Turkey Italian Bowl:
  • Pre-heat stove top, pan or wok
  • Add coconut oil, or spray pan down with cooking spray
  • Add onions and peppers to allow them to start cooking
  • Add turkey to the pan, mash as you cook, flipping and stirring so the turkey meat cooks through
  • Add garlic salt, basil and oregano to taste
    • ( I use approximately 1 tsp of each, a little heavier on basil)
**Once cooked, add desired serving to a bowl, adding tomato sauce and mixing all together
